First and foremost, thank you for choosing us for your oral healthcare needs. We will work hard to exceed any expectations and provide you with state-of-the-art dental care to help you create a beautiful smile that lasts.
What you can expect
When you arrive, our friendly and dedicated staff will go over your paperwork and discuss the reasons for your visit. Next you will meet Dr. Hayner for a comprehensive examination of your smile, during which he will assess the integrity of your existing dental work, check your teeth for decay, and inspect your gums for signs of periodontal disease. He will also examine your bite for proper alignment, and if you choose to, he will perform an oral cancer screening.
After your visual exam, Dr. Hayner will take pictures with an intraoral camera and/or X-rays and display them on your chair side display. He will use these images to explain his findings and suggest any necessary therapies. After discussing your dental goals, Dr. Hayner will personalize a treatment plan for your unique oral needs. Upon exiting, our office staff will schedule your next visit for a time and date that works best with your schedule.
Payment Options
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Third-party financing, often at no or low interest for qualified applicants, is available through CareCredit. Click the link to visit the CareCredit website, or ask our well trained staff if you have any questions.
Insurance Information
We’re happy to electronically file your insurance claim. However, please keep in mind that payment for care is due at the time of treatment. Please call if you have any questions regarding insurance coverage, and if you’re satisfied, please schedule your new patient visit with Dr. Hayner.
